Your order will be dispatched the next business day (for example orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. You will be notified by email soon after your order is shipped (please supply a valid email address during the checkout process).

Three shipping methods are available for your convenience:
Standard Air Mail - delivery time 3-10 business days depending on destination.
Economy Air Mail - delivery time 2-3 weeks depending on destination.
EMS door-to-door international courier service - delivery time 2-5 days depending on destination.

We must declare the following in order to ship your order: the content of the package, accurate value of the contents and country of origin of all products. Requests to declare incorrect details will not be accepted.

Since 11/09 we also must supply a valid ID, every package is registered and a special security number is generated. It is possible now to trace any package sent by any of the three shipping methods just based on these numbers.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please choose carefully before you finalize your order. We can cancel your order provided it has not been shipped.

If we ship a wrong product we will ship a replacement as soon as we receive the product in question back. At our discretion we might decide to provide you with a refund (for the value of the product in question) instead.

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. If there is a problem, please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Absolutely no returns will be accepted 30 days after the original ship date. Your items must reach us within 30 days from ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return.

To return an item, first contact us by email for permission . We will need your name, contact information and details of the product and original order.

To qualify for a refund you need to meet the requirement specified above, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.

We will not provide a refund just because you changed your mind.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

CUSTOMS, TARIFFS AND TAXES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Ginseng Domain (g-domain.com) you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
